The tournament starts with a lively Captain’s Meeting at Simone’s Bar and Grill on Thursday, March 6th, 2025, with a high-energy Captain’s Meeting and Calcutta at Simone’s Bar starting at 5:30 p.m. Here, teams can bid on boats and place wagers in the exciting pre-tournament betting pool, setting the stage for two intense fishing days. In 2024, the pot reached a whopping $220,000!
The real action begins on Friday and Saturday (March 7th and 8th), when boats set off from Blue Haven Marina at 7:00 am, casting their lines in the rich waters surrounding the Turks and Caicos Islands. The competition targets some of the most sought-after catches in the Caribbean, including wahoo, mahi-mahi, and tuna.
Each day of fishing wraps up with a lively fish auction and entertainment event at Blue Haven Marina—Friday at approximately 4:30 p.m. and Saturday at 12 p.m. Spectators and competitors can enjoy a festival atmosphere with live music, delicious food and drinks, and kid-friendly games and prizes.
