This very spacious option is perfect for a bunch of friends or extended family wanting to come down and share a fully furnished suite with access to a full gourmet kitchen and a kitchenette. Upon entering this suite, there are two doorways, one to a Deluxe Studio (see room description above), and the other to a Two Bedroom Luxury (see room description above). Both of these units can be closed if required for privacy, or left open for free access between both suites.

Terms
- Rates do not include 11% Government tax and 10% service charge.
- Extra person charge of $50 per person will apply.
- Check in time is 3:00pm and check out time is 11:00 a.m.
Policies
Deposit
- 3 nights deposit is required to secure reservations.
Cancellation
- Hassle Free Vacation! Deposit is refundable with written cancellation notice received 21 days prior to scheduled arrival date. There is full forfeiture of deposit if written cancellation notice is received after that.
- Holiday Bookings (Dec. 21 to Jan. 4): Minimum stay is 7 nights during this period, 100% deposit required at time of booking, and cancellations must be received by Nov. 1 for this time period if required. EXCEPTION: 4 night min stay for Deluxe Studios only for the date range Dec 21 - 28, 2012
